Entries in the [elnkpl] section of the LAN Manager PROTOCOL.INI file
have the following meanings:
datatransfer
Specifies the data transfer mode for the network adapter, according to
DMA, PIO_WORD, or PIO_BYTE values.
dmachannel
Indicates the current DMA jumper configuration of the network
adapter. The value can be 1, 3, or 5–7.
drivername
Identifies the device driver name. The drivername is elnkpl$ for the
first adapter, elnkpl2$ for the second, and so on.
interrupt
Indicates the interrupt level of the network adapter.
ioaddress
Identifies the I/O base address.
maxtransmits
Specifies the number of transmit queue entries in this driver. For an
OS/2 server, multiply the transmit window size by the maximum
number of sessions.
