This is a domain name server problem. Go to the CSMIM2 Administration Mode to check the server parameters.
Does the parameter pref-name-server-1 or 2 have the IP address of the Domain Naming Service (DNS) servers?

Set the “pref_name1_addr” IP address to the IP address of the DNS server. If you have a second server, set the
“pref_name2_addr” to the IP address of the second server. Reset annex security. From the annex prompt, try to ping
or Telnet to the host.
Can you ping or Telnet to the host?
