7.1 Cannot Access Local Management
Cannot access Local Management (LM) through the terminal or PC connected to an intelligent device. The PC has a
Windows terminal emulation application.
Can you access the password screen?

Ensure that the correct cable is used to connect the terminal to the correct port on the intelligent device. Refer to the
device documentation for cabling information and COM port usage.
Are the correct cable and port being used?
